Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the client's architectural vision and contribute to roadmap realization
• Conduct research & development of new solutions to meet IT and business goals
• Deliver value and thought leadership in the BSS domain
• Perform value argumentation through generation of customer business cases
• Identify and proactively drive new business opportunities by promoting innovative solutions
• Provide solution leadership and delivery expertise in BSS solutions and overall IT architecture, aligned with eTOM framework
• Drive consulting engagements covering technology, operational, and business aspects
• Lead multi-million-dollar OSS / BSS transformation programs, including BSS transformation initiatives
• Evaluate and deploy applications across on-premises, cloud (AWS, OCI, GCP), and hybrid environments, assessing platform impacts
• Stay updated on technology and industry trends, participating in forums such as TM Forum and Gartner
