City Manager / Supply Lead- Ahemdabad

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end city operations, including client acquisition, revenue growth, rider supply, and P&L.
  

• Acquire and manage B2B last-mile delivery clients and ensure high service levels.
  

• Translate client demand into daily & weekly rider supply plans and ensure 100% fulfilment.
  

• Build, train, and lead blue-collar recruitment teams using ATL & BTL hiring channels.
  

• Manage rider payouts, COD reconciliation, incentives, billing, invoicing, and MIS reporting.
  

• Monitor and optimize rider productivity, attrition, replacements, and buffer planning.
  

• Act as the single point of contact for city stakeholders, handling escalations end-to-end.
  

• Define and execute the city growth roadmap with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
  

• Build high-performance teams and drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and speed.
