Project Manager – MERN & Product Delivery

We are looking for an Immediate joiner (0 to 10 days)

Experience - 3 to 5 years

CTC- 6LPA To 10LPA

Skills & Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Manager

Strong understanding of MERN Stack development workflows

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Strong client communication & requirement-gathering abilities

Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, or Notion

Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design)

Strong documentation & reporting skills

Able to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across MERN based applications

Convert business requirements into clear project plans, sprints & timelines

Monitor project progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery

Coordinate with developers, designers, testers & stakeholders

Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction

Track KPIs, delivery quality & productivity
