About the Role

We are a fast-growing organization delivering mission-critical private cloud and managed infrastructure services for large enterprises across regulated and high-availability industries.

We are hiring experienced Enterprise Architects to drive architecture and transformation initiatives across Private Cloud, Hybrid Platforms, Disaster Recovery, and Infrastructure Modernization. This role is ideal for senior architects with strong exposure to enterprise-scale solutioning, cloud platforms, and managed services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud offerings supporting enterprise customers.
• Drive infrastructure modernization across IaaS, virtualization, containers, and managed platforms.
• Architect resilient solutions for Disaster Recovery, Backup, High Availability, and Business Continuity.
• Partner with security and operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available cloud environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, driving assessments, migration roadmaps, and transformation strategy.
• Support strategic enterprise programs including large-scale cloud migrations, greenfield infrastructure builds, and managed services delivery.
• Contribute to next-gen initiatives such as GPU Private Cloud, VDI-as-a-Service, and Cloud Optimization services.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–18 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture / Cloud Transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in Private Cloud technologies such as:
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
• OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience designing and delivering managed infrastructure services at scale.
• Strong knowledge of DR, Backup, Resiliency, and Multi-site architectures.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, security, and customer leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
• Cloud certifications: AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI
• Experience in enterprise consulting, presales solutioning, or large transformation deal shaping
• Exposure to mission-critical industries such as BFSI, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing
