Job descriptionInstall, configure and maintain servers, operating systems and applications. Monitor system performance and ensure security through access controls, firewalls, antivirus and data protection measures. Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocations. Perform regular system backups, updates and disaster recovery operations. A strong knowledge of Windows / Linux servers and Active Directory administration. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V or KVM. Familiarity with network administration including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is necessary. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : System Administrator / Azure Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), CompTIA Server+ / Network+ or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are preferred.
