CRM Specialist

Role & Responsibilities :
- Design and implement user journeys for financial products, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Drive awareness of product features through CRM campaigns and targeted communication.
- Track, measure, and analyze engagement and conversion metrics to optimize CRM performance.
- Continuously refine user journeys based on data-driven insights and A / B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience working with CRM tools like CleverTap and MoEngage.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying gaps and improvement areas.Experience in financial products.(ref : hirist.tech)
