Job descriptionIndependently handle 8–10 active mandates at a time. Improve quality, submission-to-interview ratios, and TAT. Start mentoring juniors (if applicable). Build strong rapport with candidates and internal teams. Cumulative 3–5 closures by Day 60. Fully manage the domestic hiring vertical’s delivery. Handle 10–12 active roles smoothly. Start assisting in hiring / leading a small team. Bring strategy, new sourcing ideas, and process improvements. Achieve 6–8 closures within 90 days and show leadership readiness.
