Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Sales Specialist, based in Bhubaneswar. The Industrial Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing business development initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Close collaboration with the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders will be key to achieving business success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Industrial Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and consistently achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in building and maintaining customer and client relationships, along with excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the materials handling and storage solutions industry will be considered an advantage
