Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). What are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years of work experience in insurance industry

2.

Strong spoken and written communication skills in English

Strong Insurance broking domain knowledge
