We, at Anthroplace, are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in international markets or expat hiring , with a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure for international or expat positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across global markets.
• Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality profiles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and networking for talent acquisition.
• Manage negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment reports.
