Job descriptionFluency in English + any 2 regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada). Hindi is a plus (not mandatory). Good communication & problem-solving skills. Freshers with strong language skills can apply . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience in customer support and communication. Exposure to how a fast-growing D2C brand operates. Opportunity to improve problem-solving, empathy & service handling skills. Growth opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
Role : Intern – Customer Support
Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore
Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Rotational Week Off)
Job Type : Full-Time

- Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat.
- Assist with product inquiries, order updates, and general support.
- Record interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.
- Maintain service quality and performance metrics.
