Engineer – PDU Division

What a typical day looks like :
Responsible to design or create GA drawing based on the customer specification.
Create electrical schematics and Bill of material for power distribution system.
Interact with internal stake holders and customer to finalize the electrical design
Good experience in designing of Switchgear, Busbar and Breakers.
Work on Autodesk Inventor to create or modify 3D&2D assembly and parts models.
Experience in Mechanical assembly design , 3D and 2D parts design for procurement
Good experience in Autodesk Vault for BOM , drawing and change analysis execution
Responsible to create SOP / Work instruction for PDU ( Power Distribution Unit ) assembly process and Test Station.
Experience in Electrical testing of PDU, Hi-Pot test and Functional test of PDU
Responsible to define the Testing methods and SOP for PDU product
Knowledge in review of 3D model assembly and exploded with component level
Co-ordinating with Site and Customer for process transition
Handling the regulation and standards for PDU assembly and Testing process
The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
B.E. (EEE / ECE, Mechanical) graduate with (4-7) years of experience as a Design Engineer in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in PDU assembly process
Knowledge of electrical schematics, BoM creation for power distribution system
Knowledge of Mechanical assembly model design , 3D parts model design for PDU products
Knowledge of electrical test and functional test for PDU products
Knowledge in Electrical panel assembly, electrical wiring and circuits etc..
Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.
Working Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word)
