Role Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive HR Executives to join our dynamic team in  Gwalior  and  Pune . If you are passionate about HR, have strong interpersonal skills, and want to contribute to building a thriving workplace, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage employee records and ensure timely updates.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle payroll and compliance-related tasks.
  • Provide support in training and development programs.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
