Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for broking mobile and web trading apps (e.g., equity, derivatives, mutual funds, Currency, commodity etc).
- Demonstrate application features and functionalities to clients and internal team.
- Monitor app performance, handle incident tickets, and troubleshoot real-time issues.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for timely issue resolution.
- Act as a liaison between front-office teams and IT for bug reporting and feature feedback.
- Manage log analysis, app monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase), and user session tracing.
- Test production fixes and new releases in coordination with QA and DevOps teams.
- Assist in version rollout management on Android / iOS stores and coordinate client communications.
- Analyze user issues related to login, order placement, portfolio tracking, etc., and ensure quick turnaround.
- Create and maintain documentation for known issues, FAQs, and support SOPs.
- Provide data and inputs for regulatory or audit-related queries when needed.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.2 to 4 years of Experience with broking or trading applications (mobile / web) is highly preferred.Strong understanding of HTTP / S, APIs, JSON, REST, and app environments.Familiarity with mobile and web ecosystems (Android / iOS) including troubleshoot of production issues.Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in high-pressure environments.Basic knowledge of capital markets, order types, and trade workflows.NISM Series Certifications (Equity, Derivatives, etc.) are preferred.
