- Design & implement workflow processes.
- Ensure quality of Deliverables

- Maintain process documents and ensure regular updates
- Ensure all updates from clients are recorded
- Ensure proper allocation of work to team members
- Ensure the Turnaround time is adhered as per SLAs
- Participate in conference calls with the clients / top management
