Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Red Hat OpenShift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, driving project success, and ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of container orchestration and cloud native technologies, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Design, implement, and manage applications on Red Hat OpenShift, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in cloud computing and containerization.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mandatory Skills :

Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, including installation, configuration, and management.

Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 - 7 years of experience in software development and team leadership.

Relevant certifications in Red Hat OpenShift or cloud technologies are a plus.
