About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Banking domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, customize the Salesforce platform, automate business processes, and deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in scope definition, requirements gathering , and ensure information accuracy across project phases.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
• Manage user setups, deactivations , and data ownership transfers across Accounts, Contracts, and Opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity , create reports / dashboards, and provide system management expertise.
• Support Salesforce integrations with other applications and ensure adherence to versioning, backup, and recovery processes.
• Develop training materials for Salesforce modules (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Reports, Dashboards).
• Provide post–Go-Live support , troubleshooting, and enhancements as required.
