Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Analyst – Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. This role demands a strong mathematical mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to extract strategic insights from complex datasets. You will directly contribute to optimizing marketing performance, improving user acquisition strategies, and driving ROI across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale marketing data from platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
- Develop predictive and attribution models to optimize marketing spend and performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign tracking and business KPIs.
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams to design and test data-driven marketing experiments.
- Identify trends, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities through advanced data analytics.
- Drive actionable insights to improve CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
B.Tech or M.Tech from IITs or NITs .Strong foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering .0–3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics (freshers with exceptional quantitative ability are welcome).Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel .Working knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio .Exceptional problem-solving and logical reasoning ability.Interest in marketing, growth analytics, and data-led decision-making.What We Offer
