E & I Head

Position : E& I Head- Mumbai Location

Key Responsibilities :

 Lead and manage all E&I engineering and design activities.

 Ensure designs comply with applicable codes (IEC, NEC, API, IEEE, etc.) and client

standards.

 Review and approve E&I deliverables : single line diagrams, cable schedules, load lists,

instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, vendor documents etc.

 Oversee electrical system design like power distribution, lighting etc and instrumentation

systems like DCS, PLC, SCADA etc.

 Support procurement, FAT, installation, and commissioning activities.

 Coordinate closely with process, mechanical, piping, project and procurement teams.

 Should have knowledge of E&I systems, control systems, and hazardous area

classifications etc.

 Should have participated in Hazop / SIL study.

 Ensure quality, schedule, and man-hr adherence.

 Develop team capabilities and mentor junior engineers and designers.

Requirements :

 BE / ME Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.

 15+ years of E& I experience in oil & gas EPC projects.

 Proficiency in design tools like ETAP, SPI etc.

 Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
