Job Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated MEAN / MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our server-side applications and APIs, collaborating with frontend developers, and ensuring seamless integration between the server and user-facing elements.
  • The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, an excellent problem-solver, and thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side applications and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and implement database schemas and data models in MongoDB.
  • Implement robust security and data protection measures.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving our CI / CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework.
  • Proven experience with frontend frameworks, particularly React or Angular.
  • Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Proficient understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with international clients and distributed teams.
  • A self-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
