Your Task :
Commence a redesign and elevate the following deliverables in your own creative style :
Logo Design — create a fresh, professional logo for a fictional company : “Astra Energy Solutions” (clean, modern, corporate).
Social Media Ad — design a high-converting ad (1080x1080) promoting The Business Toolkit’s Services .
Business Card Design — for The Business Toolkit , showing your attention to detail and brand cohesion.

As a Graphic Designer at The Business Toolkit , you’ll join a world-class creative team shaping brands across 100+ industries. You’ll design visually powerful, conversion-driven assets that define how thousands of businesses look, feel, and grow. This role demands creativity, speed, and precision — every pixel matters.
Responsibilities
Create high-impact logos, brand identities, and visual systems that communicate each client’s vision and values.Design social media content, ad creatives, business cards, and print materials consistent with The Business Toolkit’s premium aesthetic.Collaborate closely with our Brand Consultants, Web Designers, and Creative Directors to bring client brands to life from concept to final delivery.Work on multiple design projects daily with quick turnaround times, maintaining exceptional quality under deadlines.Follow and contribute to brand guidelines, templates, and design standards to ensure visual consistency across our ecosystem.Adapt designs for diverse platforms (digital, print, merchandise, and marketing campaigns).Stay updated on global design trends, typography, color psychology, and visual storytelling to keep our brand ahead of the curve.Respond to feedback professionally and iterate designs quickly with a solutions-oriented mindset.Participate in internal design reviews and team challenges to continuously elevate creative output.Support large-scale projects under The Printing Toolkit and The Branding Toolkit , collaborating across multiple creative disciplines.What we look for
