As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll architect the backbone of these systems — building real-time applications that connect speech AI, large language models, and data intelligence into one seamless user experience.

This is not a typical web dev role — it’s full-stack engineering at the edge of AI innovation. You’ll work with real-time speech streaming, LLM pipelines, and GPU-powered infrastructures that push what’s technically possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web and admin dashboards (React / Next.js, FastAPI / Django) for AI agent management, live call analytics, and data visualizations.
• Develop secure, scalable backend APIs for LLM, speech AI, and CRM integrations.
• Work with AI and Speech teams to integrate voice, NLP, and RAG pipelines into user-facing systems.
• Optimize real-time systems for low-latency AI interactions and concurrent user loads.
• Collaborate with DevOps for continuous integration and deployment across cloud and on-prem GPU servers .
• Ensure strong code quality, modularity, and security through best practices and automated testing.
