Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop reliable suppliers for plywood, laminates, adhesives, veneers, and hardware materials.
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Ensure quality checks for all materials received as per company standards.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and comparative statements.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams for purchase planning and payments.
• Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
• Track market trends, new materials, and price fluctuations in the plywood industry.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and cost optimization goals.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase activities and vendor data.
