Drive Strategic Growth as a Business Insights Leader

We're seeking an experienced Business Insights Leader to spearhead the development of data-driven decision-making across our global Marketing and Sales organization.

About the Role

  • Developing analytics, forecasting, and advanced modeling to optimize revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and pipeline strategy.
  • Partnering with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and marts in Snowflake / SQL.
  • Establishing data governance standards for accuracy and consistency across reports.

Data Strategy & Architecture

  • Designing and implementing a global analytics ecosystem (data ingestion → warehousing → modeling → visualization → governance).
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and marts in Snowflake / SQL.
  • Establishing data governance standards for accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Marketing Funnel & Revenue Insights

  • Owning end-to-end funnel reporting : lead gen, pipeline velocity, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and payback periods.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in the funnel and designing data-backed solutions with Marketing & Sales leadership.
  • Continuously measuring campaign ROI, connecting top-of-funnel spend to bottom-line revenue.
  • Forecasting & Predictive Modeling

  • Leading global forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy in pipeline and revenue projections.
  • Building ML / statistical models to predict ROI, pipeline creation, and campaign outcomes.
  • Running scenario simulations to guide marketing spend allocation and growth vs. efficiency trade-offs.
  • Applied AI / ML & Advanced Analytics

  • Applying ML / AI frameworks to optimize lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Automating insights delivery using Python, SQL, and AI APIs.
  • Exploring advanced use cases : attribution modeling, sentiment analysis, hyper-personalization.
  • Business Partnering & Leadership

  • Serving as the analytical partner to global Marketing & Sales leadership.
  • Presenting insights in executive-ready, narrative-driven formats.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Customer Success to create a holistic growth view.
  • Visualization & Self-Serve Analytics

  • Leading the design of real-time executive dashboards.
  • Building scalable, reusable BI assets and empowering teams with self-serve analytics.
  • Partnering with BI engineering to ensure dashboard optimization and performance.
  • Ad-Hoc & Strategic Analytics

  • Conducting deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, regional pipeline trends, and sales productivity.
  • Delivering rapid-turnaround insights to support C-suite decisions.
  • Creating benchmarking frameworks against SaaS industry best practices.
