Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a Senior position at Sanda Group. This is a full-time role located in North Goa, South Goa, Colva, Benaulim, Varca, and Madgaon areas. Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have extensive experience as a Food and Beverage Manager (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Food and Beverage Operations effectively and efficiently.
- Proven track record as a proficient Food and Beverage Supervisor with leadership qualities.
- In-depth knowledge and excellence in inventory management to optimize stock levels.
- Strong skills in menu planning to ensure variety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent managing skills including staff scheduling and overseeing F&B operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage services ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to prevent shortages and waste.Coordinate menu planning with culinary staff to offer diverse and appealing options.Manage, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high standard of service.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the F&B department.Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.Analyze financial reports to track budgets and initiate cost-effective measures.Work collaboratively with other departments to align F&B operations with overall business objectives.
