Senior Executive- Accounts

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles along with working experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, general ledger, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 2A / 2B reconciliation).
• Support in preparation and compliance of TDS returns, Advance Tax, and basic Income Tax workings.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and coordinate with internal / external auditors.
• Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
