We’re Hiring – Vice President (IFRS Reporting & Compliance)

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Leader to drive IFRS compliance and financial reporting at a leading life insurance company. This is a senior leadership role that requires deep expertise in IFRS 17 & IFRS 9 and proven experience in managing finance teams.

Job Title : Vice President – IFRS

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 15+ years in Finance / Accounting, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Qualification : CA / CPA (preferred), MBA / Commerce / Finance

INSURANCE DOMAIN MANDATORY

What you’ll do :

• ️ Lead IFRS implementation and compliance across the organization
• ️ Prepare and review financial statements & regulatory filings
• ️ Act as IFRS subject-matter expert (focus : IFRS 17 & IFRS 9)
• ️ Collaborate with Actuarial, Risk & Investment teams
• ️ Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
• ️ Coordinate with auditors and regulators
