We are seeking a Process Associate to support compliance governance, statutory operations, and employee helpdesk query management. T
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.).
Coordinate with client HR / Finance teams to collect and validate data.
Manage employee queries via helpdesk platforms and escalate complex cases.
Maintain compliance trackers, calendars, MIS, and documentation records.
Liaise with government authorities for registration, renewals, and statutory filings.
Ensure 100% accuracy, SOP adherence, SLA compliance, and timely delivery.
Stay updated on PF / EPFO circulars, notifications, and compliance changes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce / Management or related field.
1–4 years of experience in compliance, payroll, or finance operations (preferred).
Strong MS Excel and comfort with statutory portals / filing systems.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, compliance mindset, and ability to manage large data volumes.
Experience interacting with EPFO officers / government departments is a plus.
