Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR recruitment team. As a Domestic IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT and Non-IT requirements within India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand job requirements from the hiring manager / team.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and follow up with them during the hiring process.
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
