Preparation of Welder Qualification Record ( WPS PQR ) as per standard

Daily update inspection report in soft copy to Manager

Daily communication of major rejection to concern production HOD through mail.

Daily first part approval report updating

Ensure Marking sticker on finish products by production person .

Final inspection report issue.

Closely monitor in-house defect and take action.

Critical fittings 100% check and stick sticker on fittings.

Monitoring the Inspection of RP material batch wise check.

ISO / BIS / related record to be update

ISO 9001 / ISO14001 related report update

Review of all three shift ok production and rejection in general shift

Defect monitoring and corrective action.

5S responsibility.
