Requirements

  • Skilled in Workday Finance Integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, with expertise in BIRT Reporting, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, XPATH, and strong knowledge of Financial Modules.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders, leveraging deep domain expertise.
  • Deliver independent insights, conduct trend analysis, and prepare management reports to highlight bottlenecks and recommend process or policy improvements.
  • Work closely with Transaction Monitoring (TM) teams to understand and address operational challenges.
  • Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, business units, and senior management.
  • Your Profile
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Domain Expertise
  • : Strong knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • : Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Communication
  • : Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills up to senior management level.
  • Decision-Making
  • : Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
  • Work Style
  • : Proactive, hands-on, flexible, and quality-focused.
  • Technical Skills
  • : High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and presentation.
