Network Routing / Network Switching

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Network Engineer with deep expertise in Network Routing and Network Switching . You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and secure network infrastructures that support our critical business operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about network stability, performance, and advanced networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Design & Implementation :
• Design, configure, and implement complex routing and switching solutions using various protocols and technologies.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions with minimal disruption.
• Ensure network designs meet business requirements for performance, scalability, security, and high availability.
• Routing Protocols & Technologies :
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and Static Routing .
• Implement and manage VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN) and route redistribution.
• Optimize routing paths for efficiency and redundancy.
• Switching Protocols & Technologies :
• Configure and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching protocols including VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), EtherChannel, HSRP / VRRP / GLBP, and QoS .
• Implement and troubleshoot advanced switching features like Port Security, DAI, and Private VLANs .
• Ensure efficient and secure data flow within local area networks.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization :
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex connectivity, performance, and routing / switching issues.
• Utilize network monitoring tools and packet analyzers to identify root causes and optimize network performance.
• Participate in incident response for network-related outages.
• Security & Documentation :
• Implement network security best practices, including ACLs, firewall policies , and network segmentation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
