Job Description – Academic Counsellor (Trainee)

Location : KLJ Noida – One Location

Work Timings : 12PM - 9PM

Training Duration : 6 Months

About the Role :

We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals who aspire to build a career in sales and academic counselling. This role is ideal for those who have prior exposure to BDA (Business Development Associate) profiles, in-house counselling, or direct sales, and are eager to grow with PhysicsWallah (PW).

As an Academic Counsellor (Trainee), you will be responsible for mentoring students on our school curriculum, guiding them through academic choices, and supporting their journey with PW.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel and mentor students and parents on school curriculum and academic offerings.
• Engage with students through in-house counselling sessions and guide them in making informed decisions.
• Convert potential leads into successful admissions through consultative sales.
• Build strong relationships with students, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
• Achieve targets while maintaining the highest standards of student support. Requirements
• Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA profile preferred.
• Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and willingness to mentor students.
• Target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
