Dynamic CRM & Power Platform Professional

A highly skilled professional is sought for a challenging role as a D365 CRM and Power Platform expert. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages / Portal.

The successful candidate will have expertise in client-side scripting with JavaScript / TypeScript, integration experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party systems. Additionally, exposure to the Field Service module is mandatory for Tech Lead / Architect roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and customize D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI ,
• Collaborate with team leads and business analysts , participate in software development life cycle (SDLC) requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical leadership , translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of D365 CRM / Power Platform with other enterprise systems .
