Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including transactions, invoicing, payroll, and vendor management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with GST, TDS, RBI returns, and statutory audit requirements.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with AS / Ind-AS and deliver MIS reports for management review.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and debt partners; assist in fundraising and treasury operations.
- Drive the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable business insights.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and financial governance processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data across all operations.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors for audit completion and compliance review.
- Continuously evaluate financial systems and recommend process automation and efficiency & Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS / Ind-AS), taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
