We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Assistant CTO to support our technology leadership and drive innovation across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, systems architecture, and emerging technologies, coupled with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CTO, contribute to technology strategy, and influence critical technical decisions that impact the organization’s growth and scalability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the CTO to define, implement, and manage the company’s technology roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks, providing recommendations to optimize technical processes and enhance innovation.
• Oversee architecture design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Support product teams in translating business requirements into technical solutions and defining project priorities.
• Assist in managing technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscapes to drive technological advantage.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all technology initiatives.
