Manager, AI / ML Data Science

Core Responsibilities :

• Strategic Direction : Defines the overall data science strategy, aligning it with business objectives in media and audience measurement. Identifies key areas for data-driven innovation and growth.
• Project Management & Oversight : Manages the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from conceptualization and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and delivery. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison : Acts as the primary interface between the data science team and internal / external stakeholders (e.g., product development, sales, marketing, clients). Translates complex technical concepts into understandable business insights and manages expectations.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Provides guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and career growth.
• Technical Guidance & Quality Assurance : Provides high-level technical oversight, reviews methodologies, and ensures the quality and accuracy of data science
