What You’ll Do

Architect and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven finance platform

Build APIs and services using

Python (FastAPI / Flask)

Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems

Deliver features

from 0 → 1

in collaboration with the founders

Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance

✅ What We’re Looking For

4–8 years backend software engineering experience

Strong

builder / founder mindset

– ideally ex-founder / CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup

Proficiency in

Python (FastAPI / Flask)

Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)

Clear motivation for a high-impact role

Nice-to-have : Experience in

fintech, ERP / accounting systems, or AI infra
