Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. As the Head of Marketing at PAUL India, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives. The role includes overseeing market planning, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing public relations strategies, and driving sales performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the iconic PAUL brand and successfully implement marketing programs that align with the company’s vision.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive Market Research and analyzing consumer insights.
  • Strong skills in overseeing marketing initiatives and ensuring target achievement.
  • Ability to lead and manage Public Relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Salary Scale

30-40 lacs per annum
