We are looking for an experienced Genesys Engineer to design, build, and optimize Genesys Cloud and Engage Contact Center solutions . The role requires driving large-scale contact center initiatives, ensuring seamless integrations, high system performance, and delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Genesys environments .
- Develop advanced call routing, IVR flows, and customer engagement workflows .
- Integrate Genesys with CRM, WFM, and enterprise applications .
- Implement AI-driven solutions including chatbots, voicebots, and predictive routing.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness .
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalations, performance tuning, and optimization activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .8+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud / Engage.Strong expertise in SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) .Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C .Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .Preferred : Genesys Certifications (GCP / GCE) , exposure to AI / ML solutions , and Agile methodologies .
