We are seeking a skilled professional with strong functional and technical expertise in the Miles application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across various modules, be proficient in handling support tickets, and capable of performing new configurations and developments. The role also requires familiarity with database management and job monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work across all Miles modules, including :
- Quotation
- Contracts
- Invoicing
- Fleet Vehicle
- Vehicle Order
- Handle support tickets by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform new configurations, enhancements, and custom developments as per business requirements.
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled jobs to ensure system stability and performance.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Work within Azure DevOps for task management, version control, and deployment tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and support teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Miles system.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience working with the Miles application and its modules.Strong understanding of SQL databases (queries, joins, performance tuning, etc.).Experience with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, repositories, etc.).Hands-on experience in production support and configuration management.Ability to monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs effectively.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
