Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions using Kore.ai to meet client requirements.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring effective communication, understanding their needs, and incorporating feedback.
- Plan and execute strategic chatbot development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Leverage cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to optimize chatbot performance and scalability.
- Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and neural network techniques to enhance bot capabilities.
- Utilize prompt engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) to design effective, contextually appropriate chatbot interactions.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints and iterative project cycles.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of development processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Key Requirements :
Experience :Minimum 5 years in automation and chatbot development, with hands-on experience in Kore.ai.Practical knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.Proven track record of delivering client-focused chatbot solutions.Certifications :Certified Kore.ai Chatbot Developer preferred.Technical Skills :Strong understanding of Kore.ai platform beyond bot building.Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with prompt engineering techniques.Practical knowledge of NLP and neural network implementations.Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and applications.Soft Skills :Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong client interaction and relationship management capabilities.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and continuously learn new skills.Skills Required
