• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to optimize chatbot performance and scalability.
• Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and neural network techniques to enhance bot capabilities.
• Utilize prompt engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) to design effective, contextually appropriate chatbot interactions.
• Work collaboratively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints and iterative project cycles.
