Role : HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for anchoring the HR systems-
Actively recruiting admin and blue collar positions
End to end responsibility for ensuring smooth onboarding of new members including IT & technical support
Act as a point of check for member processes during the employee Lifecyle (HR self support) such as timely disbursal of letters, member confirmation, probation, exit process etc.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR documents / certificates / attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism & report to concern head.
Liaison with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and recruit the suitable candidates through job boards
Qualifications :
1-3 Years of experience in HR systems
Bachelor's / Masters degree in any field
Basic understanding of handling systems
