Job Title : Senior ReactJS Developer

Experience Required : 2.5+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-Time

Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance web applications that deliver outstanding user experiences. Youll work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend engineers to build scalable, maintainable, and modern front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.
Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions following industry best practices.
Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs or GraphQL with front-end applications.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional components.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability across devices.
Write clean, reusable, and testable code; participate in peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2.5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).

Expertise in building reusable components and managing component lifecycle.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Hands-on experience with front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, NPM / Yarn).

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Good understanding of CI / CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture.

Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js.

Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
