Position : Customer Support Associate – Voice Process

Location : Malad West, Mumbai

Working Days : 5 days a week (with 2 rotational week-offs) Night Shift

Transport : One-way cab provided

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist PayPal customers with queries and issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding PayPal's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Adhere to compliance and security protocols while handling sensitive financial information.
