Job description

Develop and execute the financial strategy & objectives in line

with overall business goals and

Drive financial planning and analysis, pricing, forecasting and budgeting exercises for the

company

Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounting, controlling, reporting, tax

planning, and auditing including monitor cash flow and working capital

Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights on profitability, cost management,

and growth opportunities.

Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards (local and

global) including accounting standards, corporate laws, and tax compliances.

Ensure proper risk and compliance set up and performance and implementation of its

frameworks

Guide the Legal team in providing comprehensive legal advice to internal stakeholders,

adherence to corporate secretarial compliances and manage any litigation matters, in

addition to regular legal & contracting responsibilities.

Identify domain and process improvement opportunities and leverage technology-tools to

improve process effectiveness and efficiency.

Nurture and develop a positive team culture with high engagement. Consistently enhance

team capabilities & future-readiness through ongoing upskilling initiatives.
