About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our residential real estate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, client-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to potential homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries
Engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored project details
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Maintain and update client databases (CRM)
Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets
Desired Skills & Experience :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer orientation with a persuasive approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
2 - 3 years of prior work experience as a Pre - Sales Executive in residential real estates.
