Full Stack Developer

Key responsibilities include :

Contribute to best development practices, creating high-performance algorithms. Iterate & Learn

Communicate constructively with team members to cooperatively build a product suite that delights end-users.

Contribute to team decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools.

Troubleshoot issues as they arise and resolve technical challenges. Understand complex business concerns and contribute to brainstorming pragmatic options to address and simplify them.

REQUIREMENTS :

Technical Skills : (Any 2 are mandatory)

Flutter, React, Angular, SQL, Flask / Django, API development, RDBMS, Data Structures, and Algorithms

Soft Skills : - Ability to grasp the underlying business problems and come up with solutions that are fit for the purpose

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to swiftly create proofs-of-concept
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills

Mandatory behavior :

Willingness to perform under minimal supervision, Candidates with a strong GitHub profile of past professional and personal / hobby projects will be preferred.
