Location - PAN India - Mumbai,Pune,Chennai,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Kolkata,Delhi,Coimbatore

SOM JD :

• ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management
• Handson experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
• Process understanding of customer service management and order management
• Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development
• Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development
• Good experience in web based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration
• Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
• Hands on experience on CMDB and Active directory LDAP
• Experience in managing Client discussion and Requirement gathering
• Good communication and presentation skill
