Informatica Product 360 Specialist

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Product 360 or equivalent MDM tools. Strong understanding of product master data management concepts and best practices. Experience with configuring data models, business rules, and workflows in Product 360. Knowledge of data integration techniques and experience with ETL tools. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with Informatica MDM suite (MDM – Customer 360, Supplier 360). Knowledge of data governance frameworks and tools. Exposure to cloud-based MDM solutions. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for automation (e.g., Java, Python). Certifications in Informatica or MDM platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement Informatica Product 360 solutions to manage product master data effectively.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather product data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop data models, workflows, and validation rules within Product 360 to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication to ensure high-quality product master data.
- Integrate Product 360 with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of the Product 360 environment.
- Support data migration, upgrade, and testing activities related to Product 360.
- Provide training and documentation to business users and support teams.
- Collaborate with Informatica support and other vendors as needed for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements related to product data.
